Josh Baker
Josh Baker brings over two decades of expertise in healthcare IT and regulatory compliance, excelling in frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001. A certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementor and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, he boasts extensive experience with FDA 510(k) processes and has co-developed the PARCA certification exams. Additionally, he crafts high-quality HIPAA and security training materials, holding prestigious certifications including CIIP, MCSE, Certified HIPAA Professional, and CHSS.

Herman Oosterwijk, MSc, MBA, aka "The AI-Guy," has dedicated his career to healthcare imaging informatics, starting in industry, founding a training company, and now consulting independently. He has contributed to standards like DICOM, HL7, and IHE, and is a recognized speaker and author. Recently, he advises several AI companies.

Isabel Osorio
Isabel Osorio, founder of MDR Consultants Inc., specializes in QA/RA for medical devices with over 20 years of experience, including 10 years in management and 6 years with certification bodies. She holds over 15 certifications, including ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor and EU MDR Certified Trainer. Her firm navigates FDA, EU MDR, UK MDR, and MDSAP regulations for product safety. A Biomedical Engineering graduate from Florida International University, she aims to enhance healthcare through regulatory excellence.

Sam Essa, a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years in healthcare enterprise medical architecture, integration, and product development, currently serves as an enterprise imaging systems architect at Keck Medicine of USC. He enhances technologies, builds skilled teams, streamlines processes, and boosts revenue, focusing on transformative solutions that improve healthcare and patient outcomes. With experience at UCLA Health, PIH Health, and CHRISTUS Health, his expertise includes medical imaging, IT security, AI, ML, cloud computing, and high-availability architecture.

Jordan Henry
Jordan W. Henry, a seasoned healthcare and emergency management leader, excels in leading complex initiatives across government, private industry, and non-profits. He serves as a Program Manager at Centene Corporation, is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maine, and supports public health emergency response with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. His leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic showcases his ability to navigate challenges and drive positive outcomes. Passionate about healthcare innovation, AI ethics, and policy, he holds a B.S. in Public Health from Rutgers, a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall, and is a Fellow of the Academy for Healthcare Management.

Attryee (Aty) Chakraborty, MSc, MS, CQSQ, is a Quality Systems Engineer specializing in medical device quality and regulatory compliance, with experience in startups and multinationals in India and the U.S. She drives healthcare advancements through expertise in AI governance, medical device regulations, and international standards, serving as Secretary for IEEE P3396 (AI risk, safety, trustworthiness) and RAPS Boston Chapter, and as a Steering Committee Member for ISPE GAMP (Boston).

Claire Garrity
Claire Garrity is a communications professional dedicated to supporting safe and transparent AI adoption in healthcare. At the Institute for AI Governance in Healthcare (IAIGH), she contributes to the development and outreach of the Healthcare AI Governance Standard (HAIGS), helping healthcare organizations understand and implement ethical, patient-focused AI practices. Passionate about clear communication, responsible technology, and improving the patient experience, Claire brings a strong blend of marketing expertise and healthcare governance insight to her role.
